Error 0x800CCC78 when sending 

An error occurs if you are using (Entourage and Outlook Express etc) and do not have setup of SMTP authentication. SMTP is an additional authentication option setup on mail client that helps prevent other ISP member from sending Spam to our as well as other customers.

Know how to enable SMTP authentication

•  Open Outlook
• From tool menu select account setting.
• Verify the selected the email tab.
• Click on account to highlight it, and then click on above change icon. Internet mail setting appear
• Click more setting button on right hand lower corner. Internet mail setting box appears.
•  Click on Outgoing server tab
• Click check box My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and verify that circle box using same setting as incoming mail server is selected.
• To close Internet email setting box click on OK button
• Do not use Test account setting to test the setting as it will fail.
• Click finish button to close Internet mail setting box and Click close button to close account setting box. SMTP authentication has now been enabled.

Error 0x800CCC78 has also been caused due to wrong email address so verify the address entered in form field is correct or not. Make sure that there will be no leading and ending space in your address. Verify sending authentication is correct on outgoing server tab of more setting dialog box.
